  • What are your minimums?

    Technically, we don’t have minimums but being a flexographic printer the pricing is typically not cost-effective on quantities under 2,500.(depending on label specifications.)

  • Do you have a price sheet?

    All of our labels are custom printed and unique to each client. We provide quotes based on a variety of things like material, size, colors, and quantity of the order.  Because our pricing is on a case-by-case basis, we can not give a pricing sheet. 

  • What kind of material do I need?

    If you can provide the team with how you plan to use it or store it, we can help you find what kind of print material will suit your needs. We also provide samples, so don't hesitate to reach out to us to discuss your needs. 

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    After the final artwork has been proofed and approved, we send it to print. It roughly takes 1 and a half to 2 weeks to fulfill your order, although we do try and accommodate scheduling needs. Please let us know at the time of order if you have a specific date you will need them by.

  • What are your hours and location?

    We open for business Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. We are located at 4303 SW 44th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73119.

  • What types of files do you accept for custom label printing?

    The preferred file format for a custom label is Adobe Illustrator, but we can accept PDF files provided they are print-ready. Files under 10mb may be emailed to prepress@regencylabelsinc.com. Our FTP upload can be accessed at http://www.regencylabelsinc.com/newupload.
